About Rob – Coach, Author, Speaker
Rob Sharpe:
Life Coach. Pastor. Bookworm. Domino Dropper.

Hi, I’m Rob — life coach, long-time pastor, guitar-playing, book addict, and the founder of Domino Coaching. I help people get unstuck, find clarity, by helping create momentum in their lives one small win at a time. I call it The Domino Effect — the idea that a single intentional step can tip over everything that’s been standing in your way.
I wasn’t always the guy with a plan. As a kid with ADHD and the executive function of a confused squirrel in traffic, I spent years wrestling with distraction, disorganization, and more unfinished projects than I care to admit. Eventually, that chaos collided with a mid-life crisis and somehow led me to walk 800 km across Spain on the El Camino de Santiago.
(Yes, my feet still hurt, thanks for asking!)

Along the way, I’ve read over 100 books in a single year (not all of them self-help, I promise), written one book of my own (The Domino Effect), and am currently working on two more—because apparently, coaching, preaching, and grand-parenting weren’t enough to keep me busy. Oh yeah I'm a property manager as well... And a high-school guitar teacher.... pray for me!

With over 30 years as a pastor, I’ve walked with people through the highest highs and the lowest lows. Now, as a coach, I help individuals tackle productivity problems, navigate career pivots, and confront those “what-am-I-doing-with-my-life” moments with grit, grace, and a bit of humor.

When I’m not coaching or writing, you’ll probably find me strumming my guitar, belting out worship songs or some 70's classic rock song — depending on the mood.

Whether you’re here to crush your goals, rediscover your purpose, or just get through Monday without screaming into a pillow… I’m here to help.
Let’s tip that first domino together.
